Security, Quality and Design are important at Britax Römer. We therefore offer you a full 3 years warranty (36 months) and two free-of-charge services t the retailer where you purchased your BRITAX GO NEXT2 or BRITAX GO BIG2
The BRITAX GO NEXT2 is a pushchair that makes life easy – from birth to toddler. It has all the award winning features that parents have come to love – like the intuitive one piece fold; simple transition between prambody, seat unit and infant carrier; forward and rearward facing seat unit and superior suspension. The prambody is also included, so this all-in-one pushchair can be used from day one.
With the BRITAX GO BIG2 you’re ready for wherever the day takes you, whether it’s inner-city strolling or country adventures. Its versatile features deliver BIG time comfort – like the intuitive one piece fold; forward and rearward facing seat unit; superior suspension and soft, ergonomic leatherlook handle. The BRITAX GO BIG2 can also be used from birth with either the seat unit, prambody, soft carrycot or infant carrier.
How do I get extended warranty?
Britax Römer offers a free of charge warranty valid for 3 years (36 months) when you purchase a new BRITAX GO BIG2 or BRITAX GO NEXT2 pushchair at an authorised Britax Römer retailer. To validate the warranty the pushchair must be used in accordance with the user instructions, and be serviced at the retailer where the pushchair was purchased 6 and 18 months after the purchase date stated on the receipt.
What is covered by the warranty?
The warranty applies to manufacturing flaws on the chassis, seat unit and prambody. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal use, overloading the chassis, damage caused during transportation or rust. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of the textiles, for example bleaching from the sun. In the event of manufacturing flaws, your Britax Römer retailer will replace the damaged part. If a replacement part, product or model is no longer available from Britax Römer we claim the right to replace it with an equivalent part. Replaced parts or products do not extend the warranty. This warranty is only valid from the same authorised Britax Römer retailer where the pushchair was purchased, together with the receipt and this leaflet. The warranty is not valid on second hand products. Britax Römer reserves the right to change the warranty details.
